We heard from the folks at Version Download about their site which offers older versions of software for download. They also have a blog on the site, which is a unique offering for discussion of old versions.
I have subscribed to the blog, and I am now off to check for old browser versions.

Unlocker is a shareware utility for unlocking files in Windows. Have you ever had a file that Windows said was locked and you want to open, edit or delete it? This program will force the unlock. I have used it on a few occasions and it has worked well for me.
