Showing the Hand with Drop-Down Menus

Have you ever worked with JavaScript-based drop-down menus when the cursor pointer does not change to a hand when hovering over a link?  This forum post talks about changes to make to CSS for the Firefox browser to show the hand pointer.  This was extremely helpful information for me.
